Our goal is to keep our prices as low as possible to make our rugs affordable for our clients, so you can buy much better quality handmade rugs at the lowest price possible; therefore, we have to maintain a very low profit margin, so unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping. Though you pay for shipping, you still save a lot of money on your rug purchases from Beautiful Rugs.
Customers should keep in mind the following two points regarding rug purchase:
1. Actual rug sizes may vary a few inches from the size listed on the website.
2. Actual rug colors may vary slightly from the photograph provided on the website.
Beautiful Rugs Shipping and Return Policy
Please read these terms carefully before you complete your purchase. The following terms and conditions are applied to any rug that is purchased through the Beautiful Rug website.
You may return our rug that you purchased at BEAUTIFULRUGS.COM only under following terms and conditions.
1- You must request a return authorization on the first day of delivery receipt.
2- You must return our rug within 3 days after you receive it.
3- Our rug must be returned in the same exact condition as it was received by you without any sign of use, stain, or any damage.
4- Due to our very low prices, we cannot afford to offer any free shipping.
5- In case of return, the buyer is responsible for delivery and return shipping charges, including all handling and insurance fees for the full value of the rug plus a 2.9% service charge fee of the total sale amount.
6- Upon our inspection and our approval, the refund, less 2.9% service charge fee, round trip shipping charges, handling and insurance fee will be credited to the original payment method.
7- We ship your purchase to you within 3 working days after payment confirmation. We use UPS or FedEx inside United States and for international shipping we may choose a different carrier.
8- Illinois residents pay 10.25% sales tax for all purchases.
9- In the event the rug is not shipped back to Beautiful Rugs within 3 days, you requested specific alteration to be made to the rug or if the rug was damaged while in your care, the sale is considered as final sale without any refund.
10- In case you were not present at the delivery time in the address that you provided us to receive your rug and the shipment was returned back to us, you are fully responsible for round trip shipping charges, handling fees, full insurance fee and 2.9% service charge fee.
11- Returns from international buyers are absolutely unacceptable: International purchases are final sales with no exceptions.
All rugs which are shipped to destinations outside of the United States and its territories are absolute final sales, and the international buyer is fully responsible for all shipping charges, handling fee, insurance, and VAT.
